🧠 OUR Philosophy

Introducing Our Player Development Academy — Unlimited Potential.

 

We’re excited to launch a new chapter in our mission to develop complete, confident, and elite-level players. Our Player Development Academy will select 12 dedicated athletes for a 12-month intensive program built to focus solely on individual player development and long-term growth.

 

This academy blends the best of futsal training and outdoor fútbol training, creating a balanced environment that sharpens technical ability, decision-making, creativity, and overall game intelligence. While the group may not compete in futsal tournaments, they will participate in select outdoor soccer tournaments throughout the year—giving players top-level experience and exposure.

 

And we’re taking development one step further. We will also be offering a full homeschooling facility, designed to support athletes academically and physically.

 

The facility will include:

 

• A dedicated classroom for academic learning

• A fully equipped gym for strength and conditioning

• Outdoor playing grounds for training and skill development

 

This holistic setup ensures players can grow in every area—on the field, in the classroom, and in their personal discipline.

 

We will begin with these age groups:

 

• U6

• U8

• U9/10

• U11/12

 

All training, schooling, and home-base operations will take place in the Rocklin and Rancho Cordova area, providing a consistent, professional environment focused on long-term success.
