No heavy loads, no overuse — just high quality, high tempo work. Designed specifically for madskillz athletes. DAILY STRUCTURE (15–20 min) Every session follows this flow: Dynamic Warm-Up – 3 min Calisthenics Circuit – 6–7 min Soccer Ball Work / Movement – 6–7 min Finisher / Challenge – 2–3 min ⚠️ Rest = short (10–20 sec). Intensity comes from tempo + focus, not exhaustion.
